The apartment is located on the first floor (with elevator access) and comprises a spacious bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, separated from the living area by partitions, and a cozy living room with sofa beds, a dining table, and chairs. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchenette, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.
This apartment is ideal for couples seeking romance and relaxation, but also for groups of friends and families looking for a pleasant vacation. Thanks to the two sofa beds in the living room, it can accommodate up to 6 people.
For parking, we recommend the Arsenale public parking lot at Via Alfredo Cappellini, 2, located a short distance from the apartment.
Traffic in the restricted traffic zone is prohibited.
Finally, for heating and air conditioning, we comply with regional ordinances to ensure your comfort year-round.
Please note that if fire extinguishers are used, even accidentally, a €150 refund will be required.
